2025 FEE - A Flat Entry Fee of $250 per vendor with no commission required. If needing to camp an additional fee of $150 will be required.

Specifics about your operations

The Pierz Freedom Fest Committee reserves the right to refuse booth space or limit items in order to minimize duplication. Please list ALL items on your application. Be very specific. Once your application is accepted, any changes must be approved by the Pierz Freedom Fest Committee prior to the festival date. We are looking for NON-FOOD vendors as the Food Vendor area is full.

If chosen to be a vendor, you must commit to both days

Set up Friday 11AM to 2PM - Open Friday & Saturday 3PM to 12AM

Please list the number of employees working each day.

Please upload the following below

1. An Image of your operations (Display/Tent/Booth)

2. License or Permit

3. A Certificate of Liability Insurance naming The Pierz Area Commercial Club as additionally insured as well as a minimum of $1,000,000 coverage per occurrence for general liability insurance.

4. An Operators Certificate of Compliance or ST19 Tax Form

*If you are selected to be a vendor for this year's Pierz Freedom Fest, we will let you know on or before June 1st. Full payment will be due within 2 weeks. Payments can be mailed to The Pierz Area Commercial Club Attention PFF - PO BOX 3 Pierz MN 56364

*All Vendor's will be able to collect and accept cash or card payments, or which every payment is preferred. Sales tax will be the responsibility of the vendor.

*You must commit to both Friday & Saturday in order to apply for the event.

*You will receive communication with the Vendor Committee via email with instructions for the event.
